Thangaraj Arts delivers to over 19,000+ PIN codes across all states and Union Territories in India. We partner exclusively with premium express air couriers, including Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, and DTDC Priority.

  • Metro Cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote & North East Regions: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

We ship our fine art masterpieces, framed Tanjore paintings, and DIY kits to collectors across over 80 international countries via DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Priority.

3. Production & Studio Dispatch Timelines

Our order handling timeline varies depending on the nature of the acquisition:

  • Ready-to-Ship Original Paintings: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours following archival condition inspection and Certificate of Authenticity registration.
  • DIY Painting Kits & Art Supplies: Dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
  • Custom Art Commissions & Custom Sized Framing: Crafted over 14 to 30 business days; dispatched immediately following final client photographic approval.

6. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) or DDP basis depending on the destination nation's customs regime. Any local import VAT, customs tariffs, or clearance charges levied by the destination country's government are the responsibility of the recipient collector.
